To Register:
Visit the Puget Sound Volleyball Page and click on "Registration".
After you have registered, PRINT ALL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED including your email application confirmation.
Bring only the MEDICAL FORM to the parent meeting. The other documents are yours to keep. Coaches are required to have a medical form for your daughter with them at all times.

If you are a RETURNING USAV player:
Regardless of which club you played for last year, you can register before tryouts. EJVBC urges prospective players to do this online. The registration process is now "paperless". You will need a parent driver's license # to complete your registration.
Club or team committment is not needed for early registration.
Registration is paid by Evergreen Juniors Volleyball Club for players joining our teams. |

If You Have Never Registered:
You can still register online and take your paperwork to the tryouts of your choice. Follow the directions on the link for Puget Sound Region Website. |
